I have spent 2 days looking for a fix for cpu running at 100%, svchost.exe was running at 70%. I found a virus called worm_agobot.r running on my computer. It puts a file in task mananger called svchos1.exe. look close as it looks like svchost.exe. I had to go into safe mode to remove it from the file base and registry.Have a look at this link for more info on it.http://www.trendmicro.com/vinfo/virusencyclo/default5.asp?VName=WORM_AGOBOT.R&VSect=T

Hope this helps someone.
