I had to do a fresh install of Win XP due to HAL.DLL error and my windows directory getting completly lost somehow. Im thinking it was a virus. Anyway, I did a fresh install and I cant seem to get my computer to read any drive but my main C drive. Theres 2 other drives connected. I beleive the two main drives are a RAID configuration and theres a third drive connected as a slave to the DVD-R. None of the drives show but the main drive. Any ideas? Also, I cant get my network connection to work. The computer is on a network connected to a router and all, it says the ethernet card is working properly but I cant get any connection. Thanks for all the help!

What does the MMC snapin for storage say about drives?
Also if the two are on a raid, you need to tell us how it is connected. Does it have a raid controller or did you do the Tom's hardware raid?
Look at the system devices panel for ? devices.
Be sure you bios reads all drives that are supposed to show.

Its a raid controller. What is the MMC snapin? If its a raid setup wouldnt the BIOS not even read the raid drives? As of now for hte two raid drives it just reads "Not Detected". One of the raid drives is the main C drive and that shows up, but the second raid drive doesnt show at all. and on top of that the third drive which is the slave to the DVD-R doesnt show either.

Ok heres an Update:
Device Manager shows the following with a big yellow question mark next to it:
Ethernet Controller
Multimedia Audio Controller
PCI Input Device
RAID Controller
SM Bus Controller
Video Controller (VGA Compatible)So theres my problem. Would the motherboard software have the drivers for all/most of these? Problem is I dont think I have that software anymore. Is there a program I can use to look up the brand/model of my mobo so i can get the drivers off the site? I know its an ASUS board, just dont know the model. Thanks!
