A CUSTOM Boot disk for XP

Please read my post carefully:
I have Me on Drive 1 (master) I have XP on Drive 2 (slave)
I dual boot with both systems and I know how to make a boot disk for both of them.
What I want to do is make a boot disk which will allow me to boot XP straight from the floppy very like the Win 95 days when one could use a DOS boot disk to start the PC then type 'win' at the C:\ prompt to start Windows 95.
My question therefore is what is the command which starts XP that can be placed within an autoexec.bat on a floppy?
THERE IS NO MSDOS IN THE NT FAMILY IT DOES NOT USE AUTOEXEC.BAT AND CONFIG.SYS LIKE W9x

(sigh) I know that x86... I have been using XP since day one and I KNOW there is no autoexec and config AND THERE WAS NO NEED TO SHOUT. Perhaps you should have asked why I wanted to make a custom boot disk instead.
I am going to use a well worn 98 disk and I wanted to know what the command was which starts XP such as the one in Win95 Knowing a bit about both XP and DOS I'll be the best judge of how I use the command when I find it. If you don't have THAT answer then perhaps you should have stayed out of the thread!

Thank you Hooner13... I'll give it a go. I did find out though that I cannot use a 98 disk. I must use a bootdidk made with XP. Even though it uses the Me name when it boots the boot sector is different to the one that Me makes. The XP one looks for ntldr the Me one doesn't. I'll report back though.
