668:qttask.exe Error on startup

OS: WinXP Home
CPU/Ram: 2.6G, 512MB

On start-up/restart I've been getting the follwing message:
"668:qttask.exe-No Disk
There is no disk in the drive.Please insert a disk into drive\device\harddisk1 \DR3"

What is this and how do I get rid of it?
