64GB USB drive will not accept any data

Specs: Windows XP

64 gig data traveller 150 kingston usb drive would not accept 4 gig file, so reformatted and stuffed up.
now have drive letter show ok, have capacity ok, and nfts file ok, but will not accept any access or any data
ran a program that show vid 1234 and pid2088
but cannot find the program that will restore system to origional
can anybody help?

If the drive was exfat and you had the exfat driver for xp it will not allow more than a 4 gig file even though exfat does allow that in other os's.

You would have not been allowed to format it in fat in xp that big.
