I am not understanding this. When ever I click on alot of programs the computer actually runs alot better gets thing done quicker. When ever I just click on one programs it takes a couple of minutes to react. i am not sure what is going on here. Is there a way to correct this problem. Or wait till Microsoft comes out with their new OS in a couple of months?

You'd be better off using performance monitor to prove your ideas. There are logs that can show you what is going on.

MS's 64bit OS is catching up to the 32bit version and the performance isnt that different anymore. have you loaded the patches from intel OR amd (whichever chip you have)?

I looked at the patches and all they had was for the 64 bit OS. I didn't see the 32 bit. I am not sure what to do. ticks me off that the computer can only do one thing instead of multitasking.

Is there 32 bit patches out there?? I looked at AMD website and there were not any drivers or updates patches for the operating system. I guess I will just stick to burning 1 disc at a time. Thanks for all of your help.
