I get this after I defrag. my computer. I have tried doing it two times in a row to see if that would solve the still fragmented areas, with no improvement.

is your comp running slow? i wouldn't worry about it if its not running porrly. I dont know exacly how windows works, but i have a frag persentage after its done to

Start > My Computer > right click & select Properties.
Select System Restore & untick > Turn off System Restore.
Select the drive with the operating system on, click Settings & set it on Min.
Any other drive or partitions, click Settings & tick > Turn off System Restore on this drive.==========================================
If your computer is NOT a laptop/notebook then you can stop Hibernate.
Hibernation, reserves disk space equal to your RAM.

Complete defrag.
Turn off Pagefile, reboot & go into Safe Mode & defrag.
Reboot & turn Pagefile back on.========================================

It ended up resolving itself. I had deleted some files and then it just started defragmenting the entire drive ok.
