Anybody know how to identify all the junk under my Processes Tab in Task Manager? 50 is way too much IMHO.

Thanks

Whatever they are, it sounds like way too many. Time to do an AV scan and run Spybot and AdAware. IMHO

Thanks Jean, thanks everybody. I will try that stuff when I get home from work tonight. I do run AdAware and Spysweeper daily. I've quit using Spybot because I haven't been able to get an update for several months, but I have found that Spysweeper cleans out my machine pretty good, (I bought a two year subscription,) and Spyblaster pretty much keeps everything out.

Thanks again.

Another thing about SpyBot is that it defaults to a server in Europe to get the updates. I find that I need to open the program and after requesting an update change the server to one in the US. Then I can pull in the new ones fine.
Good luck

Richard
