Sorry guys but I ask again because its not look normal, plus some problems that I have in the system.I have 4 svchost.exe in processes. A)LOCAL SERVICE 3.504K B)NETWORK SERVICE 2.024K C)SYSTEM 18.472K and D)SYSTEM 3.036K. When I terminated the svchost.exe 2.024k,a window came and said that the system closing in 50sec,save your work etc.In safe mode i can not do virus scan.Norton antivirus says that is expired version and it can not open.Is this infection or what? And whats the virus?I mean the name, and whats he cure of course.Thanx in advance again guys.

AstralMe It is normal if your running Win XP pro to have 4 svchost under processes when you hit Alt, Ctrl and Del. I have the same 4 svchost but mine vary in memory usage. It is normal if you end task one them for the PC to shut it self down in 50sec. Dont stress its not the Svchost that is causing you system problems. Have you tried installing Windows from fresh formatting your HDD and reinstalling windows.
Hope that helps Matt.

Thanx for the respond.I read same forums about this thats why I asked.I've used a few virus removal tools, but they did not found something in the system.Thanx again.I didn't know that if I stop the process of one of the svchost.exe computer shoutdown in 50sec.I thought the Blast worm didi that.Anyway, thanxs Matt.

I have the same problem. One of the Svchost.exe's transmits the Jeefo.A virus which loads on startup. I cant get rid of it so i have to backup 22Gig of my computer and start from fresh. Instructions were given in my previous forum but sadly no avail. Any more help around before i wipe my hard drive. Matty

Hi AstralMe,
svchost.exe is a 'generic' program that is used by many other programs to do stuff for them. You will [always] see multiple entries in your running processes-list. However, take a look at this:
[93398] Difference svchost / scvhost (XpUser)
and follow the links that blender gives in that thread.
Hi Matty,
There is a manual removal procedure for the Jeefo virus at Norton Symantec:
▫ Jeefo Virus (Norton Symantec)
▫ Jeefo Virus (McAfee)Anyway, I'll give some links to free Anti-Virus scanners & spyware scanners:
▫ [on-line] HouseCall Anti-Virus (Trend Micro)
▫ [on-line] RAV Anti-Virus (AV Security)
▫ [on-line] ActiveScan Anti-Virus (Panda)
▫ AVG Anti-Virus (Grisoft)▫ Spybot Search & Destroy (Safer Networking)
▫ Ad-aware (Lavasoft)
▫ CWShredder (Merijn.org)
▫ TDS-3 (DiamondCS)
▫ Pest Patrol
Keep in mind that some of them may need to be updated over the web first when started, and before zapping the baddies!I haven't really checked what the full manual procedure does, but if you are stuck at some point, then just post a question. I think that one of the AVscanners will clean it up for you, though. Some of them are updated daily.
