seems like my comp is running slow, here's the weird part, ran S&D and it found nothing but this prog called spyware doctor found 200+ spywares and got rid of them but the comp still goes slow, can't use adaware, messes up my machine, got a bunch of progams in my msconfig startup list, what are the basic ones that I need for windows to run?

To find out what each Startup(or Process) item
does or means, and any recommendation as to if you should close the process:
Task List Programs
Also look here if you want:
The Process Library
Not all found at each place. Each advertises
their software product.

I always have 46 processes @ idle, with CPU usage usually 3%.
