I have 3 monitors going to my 9800 GTX+. I now am attempting to join 3 monitors to the card and I am using a splitter to join the left and right screens with a DVI-I to DVI-I and VGA splitter. but nothing will locate the left most monitor(VGA) so any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I hope you realize that the two monitors connected to the splitter will be showing the same thing. Not much gained by two monitors displaying identical stuff.
