I guess wrong memory chips or corrupt memory.
3 long Beeps is definately a memory error.

Verify the supported memory in the users manual of your motherboard.

I would suggest to put in the old memory sticks and try starting the computer.
A wrong or corrupt memory stick can cause unpredictable crash-behaviour.

So I assume, that your computer do function with the old memory sticks.

If so, there are 2 options to figure out the right memory sticks you need:
1. the manual of your motherboard
2. the manufacturers homepage, where you have to look for exactly your mainboard and the supported hardware like processor, RAM, a.s.o.
