I purchased a Upgrade XP and did a clean install on my old computer which I took off and gave it to my son and just put Windows Me on it, when I bought this computer I got xp with it (a restore to org state), so I have this xp-upgrade does it go with me on any machine I want or should I have just left it with my sons machine, seems I have a disk that I can't use? or can I. Also would like to know can I install Windows Me on a seperate partition on this xp machine (Not fat 32 file system) and not as primary o/s?

XP Upgrade is not a complete operating system, and must be used in conjunction with a previous operating system.
