I'm having a problem getting a 2GB SD card to work corectly under WinXP. I borrow a couple of XP pc and neither of them will work with the card. If I put in a 1GB or less card they work fine. Also tried this 2GB card with a pcmcia reader under Win95 and it will work fine.

What type of reader are you using and how old is it? I have a very old Sandisk card reader (made before the 2 gig cards were available) that will not work with any cards larger then 1 gig.

It's a USB Patriot Memory Card Driver Model #SG361 High-Speed USB2.0+. I'm not sure of the pcmcia ones I use under Win95 but they are about the same age as the USB one and they are about 2 years old. It's kinda funny that the 2GB (let alone any SD card) works under Win95 since I can't get any CF card to work there.
