I have a file that is taking 28GB of space on my computer, its name is something seemingly random - something like 3590F75ABA9E485486C100C1A9D4FF06WDKQROLNTDQJNIJD. Can anyone tell me what it is?

remedy2pain, sounds pretty ominous. I'd assume it's a nasty until proven otherwise and scan accordingly. If you wanna make sure it's unneeded, rename it first and reboot. If all goes well, scan.
