I have two ATI Radeon HD 4350 video cards with
a monitor connected to one via DVI and a Wacom
tablet on the other via DVI. How can I set it up for
both displays to be the primary display?

Each video card is different as is the display its connected to.
You should be able to get both to display the same thing. Usually this is by default.
You don't want to span monitors, extend desktop or anything like that.

I am sorry. I misread your post. I thought you had a dual headed video card.
You have TWO video cards. Should be no problem to set each as primary.
What exactly is the issue you are having doing so?

Wanderer,
Ya two cards. I am realizing I should of went with Nvidia instead
of ATI. Windows wont let you choose two primary monitors. My
goal is to have both monitors mirrored except that one is set to a
slight higher resolution.
