i seem to be having two strange problems. the more serious one is this - my computer reboots at times but ONLY when i seem to be using certain programs which use the internet. i can use aim and mozilla just fine, which is good because they are the most used programs. but i can't use limewire, dc++, or counter-strike source. CS source reboots only occasionally, as does dc++. however, limewire seems to reboot my machine 99% of the time. i've scoured the net and found nothing relating to my specific problems. suggestions? o and its not my RAM or PSU. 2nd problem is but a minor annoyance. every time i logon to windows my c:\documents and settings\myusername folder pops up. i checked all the usual places for starup entries and found nothing. and i also found the fix but for the windows/system32 folder which doesn't apply to me and for which the cause doesn't even match up to. any ideas would help. i'm all out

for the first problem try uninstalling those apps and reinstalling them, and run spybot and adaware. also check the event viewer. for the second problem open explorer|tools|view|uncheck restore previous folder windows at logon

i have tried everything listed except event viewer, which i just checked. everything looks fine. nothing shows up for my computer reboots. probably because there isn't a chance for the system to log anything. both problems still here
