Edit your boot.ini file. In there you can select the one you do want to use and delete the other entry. This will not remove the extra OS on your drive but you will not be nagged about which one to use. If you wish to delete the extra OS that can be done manually.
Hope this helps

Once you hsve edited the Boot.ini file and ascertained that your system is working correctly then go to the OTHER OS directory and delete it. Just be certain of which one you are deleting.
