2 nic cards, for different network.

OS: window xp pro
CPU/Ram: p 4 /768 ram

I have a windows xp Pro with two Nic cards, one i use it for internet and the dhcp is enabled. The other i want to use it for my cisco router that i am working on for practice, but the Nic card isnt working for some reason i even assigned the static ip. What am i doing wrong..

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

nic enabled in the bios if onboard? Can you ping the static address you assigned to it?
