Ok I'm running Windows XP, What I am trying to do I know it can be done on *nix but I need it done on Windows and I have no Idea.

I got 2 Nic cards from 2 different ISPs. I don't have any kind of router or switch. What I need is to be able to choose what connections go to each IP.

Example:

NIC #1 IP: 10.5.0.1 its a LAN but does connect to the Internet.
NiC #2 168.168.205.205 Normal IP

NIC#1 Used for MSN AIM ICQ or what ever (ones that doen't use much BW)
NIC#2 IE MiRC FTP ect. ( ones that need the more BW)

Any ideas ?

what are you asking is if you can off more then one gateway and be able to switch between them, and no you can not do it in XP. only way that you could choose which connection to use is to setup a proxi server and use that connection for things like icq and explorer, and use your live connection for everything else that doesn't support a proxi.

ok.. so lets suppose I do setup a proxy up. Still how do I tell Windows XP to use certain connection. Cause what I have seen is that sometimes I got only NiC #1 enabled and its using that IP, then I enable NiC #2 and it starts using that IP for everything else I start from that point on. So I can see on my netstat both IP working with different programs.. but its not always the same. Sometimes I enable NiC #2 and it doesn't even use it.. so that could be a problem.
If you have used FlashFXP that program has a little option that is under the Trasnfer Tab in the preferences. it says Bind Sockets to this IP. I put the IP of nic #2 and doesn't work either it still uses NiC #1 IP so I'm out of ideas.. here
