i have a laptop connected to a home lan network with an internet connection and it is connected to my sisters wireless network that have a different internet source can i use both at the same time to have better speed on the internet???

No, not with windows.
To do what you suggest needs hardware and software designed to combine two Internet connections. Windows will only use one Internet connection at a time.
