i have a internal network through a cable on my hospital and we are using a hospital programme to see the x-ray films for each patient _ i tried to connect the internet through my mobile nokia 3G and i installed a pragrame like pcanywhere all of that to see the x-ray through the hospital programme from my home pc through the remote desktop programme like the microsoft pcanywhere but when i tried this the internet worked fine and i can open google and i can see the hospital desktop from my home but when i tried to enter the hospital programme it coudn't connect to the internal network and i think it start to use the new connection for that it failed to connect to the internal network

You will need to discuss that with the IT folks at the hospital. You will need them to set permissions to do that if it will even be allowed.
You probably have already done stuff that is not allowed. You should check before installing anything to your work computer. Could get you in big trouble. You are also dealing with HIPPA regulations.
