16-bit error

CPU/Ram: amd 1600+/128
Comment:

I downloaded updated drivers from Biostar and when I attempt to open the file I get this message: Can't run 16-bit windows program
Any ideas..

It sounds like either the wrong drivers, or else it has a 16-bit program that installs them for you. Try using something like WinZip to expand the download and see if you can view the drivers by themselves and install from there....
