When I run Norton WinDoctor the following 11 errors are unrepairable. Can any one help me resolve these issues?

Here's what WinDoctor says:

"C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\AppLaunch.exe" cannot access a necessary file, "msvcr80.dll."

As far as the Microsoft.NET Framework v2.0 / "msvcr80.dll." errors...

Those errors are false -
See the explanation for that - #687 here:
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/d...

As far as
"C:\Program Files\HP\Digital Imaging\bin\hpqgrcpy.exe" cannot access a necessary file, "hpgreg32.dll."

If your HP Digital Imaging is working fine, that may be a mistake in the registry for it that some some programmer neglected to remove - delete the registry entry.
If your HP Digital Imaging is NOT working fine, you may need to un-install it, re-install it.
If you have un-installed HP Digital Imaging, that is a registry entry left behind after the un-install - delete the registry entry.

By the way, I get the same false Microsoft.NET Framework v2.0 / "msvcr80.dll." errors
when I use Windoctor in Norton System Works 2003.
