Your processor and RAM are more than enough, no need to upgrade at all.

Bring up Task Manager, which process is at 100% ???

Hi, you can try binging up the task manager, click on processes tab and see which program is useing up the ram and you can terminate it or removing the program if not important to the system and if important I'll c what will happen and what is that important program useing all of that ram!?
