Please help new to this computing but learning fast i know there have been many questions asked about this subject so please bear with me, can someone answer me in simple language what i need to do to fix this? i have adware, spy bot, norton etc and are run almost weekly, and all upfated on the net My system has a AMD 2.1 processor, 512DDR ram. i was thinking of up grading the processor and the ram up to #1 gig would this help? many thanks for your patience

Your processor and RAM are more than enough, no need to upgrade at all.
Bring up Task Manager, which process is at 100% ???

Hi, you can try binging up the task manager, click on processes tab and see which program is useing up the ram and you can terminate it or removing the program if not important to the system and if important I'll c what will happen and what is that important program useing all of that ram!?
