Lately my machine has been having problems with all my CPU is being used up by cisvc.exe and navapsvc.exe.

I have the Hijack file from my machine but it said not to post. Please help?

I reckon the HJT file message said not to post on this forum - it should be posted on the Security & Virus forum but only after you have downloaded/updated and ran AdAware, Spybot S&D, CWShredder and your Anti-Virus program. Then if you still have a problem run HJT and post your log on the S & V forum but be sure to include info on what you have already done.

navapsvc.exe. is norton antivirus's background program that constantly monitors your pc for viruses and what not. just shut the unnecessary processes off with task manager.

cisvc.exe

is part of XP indexing service. You can turn that of like this:

WindowsExplorer > Start a search
Then 'change preferences'
and then look for indexing services.
