It seems every few hours to every day or so I will notice that my computer is starting to get really slow. When I open up my task manager, my CPU usage will be at 100%. The task that will be using around 99% or so will always be ccapp.exe. If I end task on it, it crashes my norton anti-virus. So then what I do is I go to run and type in the path to ccapp.exe to start it back up. But after all of this, I cannot send or receive e-mail until I reboot, which gets kind of annoying. Any ideas why this happens? I already tried to do an update witn liveupdate.

No I have not installed any filesharing programs lately. I have installed kazaa lite a while ago. (A few months ago.) Long before this problem occured. And I use Spybot's Search and Destroy to get rid of spyware on a regular basis.
