hey everyone, id appreciate some help with this if possible. I noticed yesterday my computer was running sluggishly all of a sudden, 100% computer usage with no out of the ordinary-looking processes running, theres around 40 total...a sample follows:

ccapp.exe - 27,000k
explorer.exe - 26,000
iexplore.exe - 26,00
svchost.exe - 25,000
navw32.exe - 25,000
gcasdtserv.exe - 14,000

etc, but im rounding off to about 250,000k running, if that makes any sense? any help you guys can give would be great, id appreciate anything...
