(0x80004005) ASP / IIS Problems

Hi, I have some weird problem with IIS and ASP under windows XP Pro. At first, everything was working just fine, but now it returns an internal server error (500.100), which says: Provider (0x80004005). The error is in line 5, meaning it's in the database connection, and it worked fine before and I can't find any errors in it. Any ideas?
