Hello Everyone I'm wondering if anyone has experiences of GA-6BXDU and installing Windows XP Pro where we get a stop error as the Setup screen changes from "Setup is loading files" to "Setup is starting Windows" and then stalls. I notice that there is no question before this about the user licence agreement etc. The BSOD shows the usual text with ref to DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and then some Technical info:0x000000D1 (0x00000002,0x00000028,0x00000002,0x00000000, 0xFC406663) acpi.sys-Address FC406663 base at FC3FC000 datestamp 3b7d8550 hardware includes two Intel 450 Mhz processors,Pioneer DVD-Rom,Maxtor 40 Gb HDD,Trident 1Mg ISA graphics card(tried also ATI 7500 64 Mg dual out DVI in first instance plus some others,Sparkle SIS 8 Mg PCI,ATI Rage 128 Pro AGP and ATI Expert@Play AGP),750 Mg of DIMMS pc100(also tried these four sticks separately in different slots, also some DIMMS at 250 Mg at pc66 having changed the the Jumpers and Dip switches to suit. Tried using my original 9.1Gb WDC SCSI HDD together with Plextor SCSI 12/20 CD-Rom all resulting in same result. Is there a way of fixing this or does it mean getting a new MOBO plus Processors and Memory? I've tried this with only the basics installed-Graphics card and FDD and CD-Rom or DVD-Rom or Ricoh R-RW, all IDE. Yours Thankfully Billy
