0210 Error Stuck Key 40

I see an error message when I boot my Toshiba Laptop saying disk error and you need to combine Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart. After restarting then an error number 0210: Stuck Key 40. The options given are as follows Press F1 to boot or Press F10 for Computer setup. If I press F1 to boot it tries to boot then it stuck indefinitely please help to resolve this matter

... sounds like one of your keys is stuck down (?)

... can happen ...could be a dead ant... lol >> repair < click

... different strokes for different folks

... I have in the past removed keyboard from my laptop pulled out the slider connector (after releasing) and used a toothbrush on the oxidised connections solved!

Take a close look at the 'down arrow' (40) key.
