! User has no sound or Task Bar speaker icon

Two users on desktop, both with Admin status. One has sound and speaker icon in task bar, the other has no sound or speaker icon. How can I fix this?

go to device manager and check for any yellow markers also maybe the driver might be disabled in msconfig,so if that`s the problem starting in safe mode should do it if doesn`t work your sound card model would be usefull our patience is big
