YouTube will not work

This is my first time on IE 8. YouTube will not work. I have JavaScript Enabled, and Adobe Flash Player 10 installed. What else is left? It works fine in Firefox and Ubuntu 8.04, but not with IE 8. Any suggestions? Added: Could the fact that my Vista is 64 bit be the problem? OS: Windows Vista 64/Ubuntu 64 CPU/Ram: E8500/4GB PC6400 Manufacturer/Model: AVA Direct / Built online
