Well the video buffers because it has played what it has downloaded and "buffering" is downloading more video to play. It suggests you are on a slower internet connection or have a an old slow computer with a poor video card. Sometimes it is caused because of too much network traffic, but it is usually a slow connection. Are you on dial-up or highspeed-lite?
I think that you should check your interent speed. The buffering normally takes too long due to slow connectivity. Also make sure that you are not playing too many videos all at once. This many slow the buffering of the videos.
