It might run on there, but it would be slow. Stick with XP,It would be faster and less trouble..

Yes, why would you want to switch to Vista???
Stick with XP for the next few "years"

Don't get Vista Ultimate. Get Business. It has less of the flash (good for your system on that config) and all the security options of Ulta. If of course like many you are laid back about security, just settle for Home Prem. instead.
