Won't Play Game Vista/XP

When I try to Load Mafia The City of Lost Heaven, It freezes on the third Disc. It does it in Vista and XP Both. What would Fix this??? Thanks

If this is a Laptop then it is likely the Graphics Chip does not meet the requirements of the Games! Or you have a bad CD!
