after a file backup wont eject . says error occured while ejecting dvdrw drive.

Have you tried pressing the eject button on the drive? if that fails, there is a small hole on the front, get a paper clip and open it up and insert it into the hole to eject the disk.

thanks all for any help as for the paper clip ,i cannot find a hole on my dell hybrid . am i missing it some how ?any other ideals . thanks wild bill.
