Is your wireless mouse not working in Windows or while your PC is at the early phase of the boot process after you turn on your PC ? If in Windows, then you have to check batteries and polarity, match mouse and the receiver to each other, etc., and install drivers. If during boot up, then you have to enable legacy USB support in BIOS. Regards SuatCINI
