I have two computers that connected to the router for my internet connection. Windows vista and windows XP, the problem was windows vista was disconnected to the internet connection while the other is still connecting? We try to do all the helps that the computer suggested on troubleshooting , but the result still disconnected to the connection.We try to ask for customer service for that problem but they reply on us that the connection on our site is all right. They suggest on us to check the configuration of our computer, but i dont know how to fix it? can you help me?
