win.ini changed, I think

Specs: Windows Vista

I keep getting this pop up about McAfee detecting a potentially unauthorized file change to my computer. It is telling me that spyware, adware and other potentially unwanted programs can make changes to the Win.ini File. THIS WAS THE MESSAGE.

I don't think I'd allow it. Better check on other forums by searches to be sure.

Might be a worm trying to edit that file or Dell stuff.

my first comment seems to have been deleted, but this warning poped up and I did not respond,as it is my wifes computer, and I did not know if she had installed a program
