A few ways to go. One might be system restore point using Vista's application. Pick a date when it worked. Second might be to use unstall program for printer and then re-install it. Might be a real easy way. The printer type may help us. "Best Practices", Event viewer, host file, perfmon, antivirus, anti-spyware, Live CD's, backups, are in my top 10
