Hi everyone,
I have recently downloaded the service pack 1 and now my computer is not starting. I have tried restoring the system but it's not working. Does anyone know how I can undo this through the Command Prompt or some other way?
Please let me know
thank you

Assuming you do mean Vista and not XP (as your specs indicated):

Look for "Method 3: Uninstall Windows Vista service pack from a Command Prompt" about halfway down the page:

Hey thx for replying. Just one quick question.
It says it assumes that the file is in the temporary folder. What if I saved in my documents?Do I have to type something else?
