Reply: (edit)Heed my advice - don't buy any pre-installed XP PC - wait until February 2007 when the new models come out with Vista preinstalled. Why? You upgrade XP to Vista. Then something really screwed up the OS. You are forced to wipe clean the HD but before you can use that stupid Vista upgrade CD you will have to first use the recovery CDs to install XP. i_XpUser

Reply: (edit)So how is it free when you still have to buy a 600 dollar pc to get it? Not only that, it's an upgrade and an OEM version for that matter. Free would be like being a BETA tester and filing two problems and MS handing out free versions of Vista to those BETA testers that did it. AMD Athlon 64 X2 4600+ OC 2.7ghz
