For some reason i can't write anything in the body of an email while using web access. It just has the "X" in a small box icon in there. It used to work. Is there a setting I need to change?

Make sure you've got all your Windows Updates installed. Maybe try deleting your temporary internet files. Also, try another web browser to see if the problem persists...

Hi Syd,
This cannot be solved from your end. It occurs because Windows Vista no longer includes support for the ActiveX control that is used for HTML editing in Outlook Web Access.
Microsoft has issued a patch. This has to updated in the Exchange server and not on your PC. Have a look at the website: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...
Hope it solves your problem.
Good Luck
