Windows Mail-Emails sent..but arent

Here's an interesting one. Windows Mail account set up and verified settings. Can received, but not send. When sending, you can see it goes to Outbox, then in sent folder...but won't be received on other end. Verified this by having my Yahoo web account open side by side with Windows Mail. Not limited to Yahoo.. other sent mail not being received. - Disabled Anti-Virus...no go. - Disabled Firewall...no go. - Found Microsoft patch (KB941...)...no go. - Double checked settings...still no joy. NO error messages are generated. Looks like it got sent, but really didn't. Any suggesstions?
