When i open windows help and support i am unable to use the online feature. it says.

"You have lost your connection to the Windows Help and Support website."

I have it enabled in settings, i tried to add it to nortons firewall, but couldnt find the location of help and support.

Any help or support (pun) would be appriciated, thanks.

There don't seem to be a fix for You have lost your connection to the Windows Help and Support website.

Many users have asked the same question on various Forums with no positive feedback or suggestion. I can only guess that it is because M$ - for one reason or another - decided to stop providing Windows Help & Support beginning with Windows Vista. For further info on the action taken by Redmond, click on the following M$ knowledgebase article.

P.S. If you do ever find a fix, please let us know. Thanks.

That article kinda only says that old help and support things wont work... The built in vista should still work, even at the windows help and support website it talks about the online features...

Fix Windows Vista Help and Support

Needless to state; I do not & have never experienced that problem. But then again, I am always up-to-date with patches released for all the OS' running on my machine.
