I have a really big problem working on my notebook because Windows Help and Support window is always on top. I close and starts again immediately and so annoying! I tried removing the helppane.exe from C:/windows, but unsuccesfully. I installed File Assassin to unlock and delete this application but unsuccesfully. It is a big PAIN this helppane... :((( I don't know what to do. I restored my system, nothing. I installed windows from the beginning, nothing. I run on safe mode, NOTHING. It's always there.! I downloaded trial version of Kaspersky anti-virus, but found nothing. ESET found nothing also. I start to think that maybe it's hardware problem?? Maybe a button remains pushed or something??
Has anyone any suggestions? Or maybe I should go back to Windows XP??
Thank you in advance for taking the time to help me.

Certainly Windows Help & Support can be started by simply pressing F1, so that's the first thing to check, make sure the key isn't stuck down, though I would have thought you'd have had other things happening if that was the case.

thanks for reply. Are you sure it is only F1 key that triggers the start of Helppane.exe? Thanks, I guess i just have to remove the button to find out right? I will give it a try.

No ... :( removing completely the F1 button has not helped at all.
