Hi,

I installed a fresh copy of Vista Business about a month ago and have MS Office installed and all updates done etc but I've just noticed my Windows folder is nearly 8GB in size and as this is my first Vista install I was just wondering does this seem about right?

Vista does require more HDD space than we were used to with the older versions of Windows

Think of it this way: With a 1TB drive currently available for use, the 8GB appears to be a very tiny friction of it.
