Hi all. I am having some trouble with my computer. It is a vista.
Everytime I try to open one of my folders for example my music folder, it says windows explorer not responding. Even with my recyclyed bin, my computer, documents, and control panel, none of them would open anymore. But stuff like iTunes and AiM still works perfectly. I don't know what is up, any help would be great. Thx!
Vincent.

It may be an 'extension' that’s causing the problem.
ShellExView can be useful to see what has been introduced into Explorer by third party applications. Read about it then scroll down to the bottom to download the x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version here http://www.nirsoft.net/utils/shexvi...

As I said earlier, perhaps it’s an extension that is causing the problem.
Click on the Company column to alphabetically sequence the entries. Assuming that the Microsoft entries are bona fide, is there anything there that is either unnecessary or suspicious? If so, highlight it and click the red button to disable it. This action is easily reversible by clicking the green button.
