according to that the laptop restarts automatically, i think he is unable to read the error code

Right click My Computer, Properties, Advanced tab, Settings button (Startup and Recovery), uncheck Automatically Restart. Then the next time you get a blue screen, write down the code numbers and post them here or do a Google search. You can also go to Event Viewer to learn more about the error message, or use a program like Windebug.

There is a freeware utility called "Blue Screen View" which stores a log of the blue screen errors which allows for easy access of error info, after experiencing such a crash. (It can be such a pain writing down error info after a crash.)
